team, Lucille and Franco Frattesi.

The Frattesis designed Piazza de Franco to resemble Franco's
hometown of Bracciano, Italy. To ensure proper design, the
restaurant was built by Franco's hands alone and is the pride
and joy of the veteran chef.

The Frattesis’ goal was to create a restaurant that appeals to
all the senses. The dining room was planned to make guests
feel as if they were dining at the Piazza in Rome, surrounded
by fountains, live music and authentic Italian cuisine.

The chef of 20 years has recently discovered a new passion –
singing. What began as a novelty has recently turned into a
special treat for guests and fans alike. Guests are often
encouraged to sing-along and occasionally share the stage
with Franco.

Franco and Lucille both share a common goal of wanting to
see patronshappy, enjoying the fine food, marvelous
atmosphere and possibly a little vino!
